This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and PrepForCerts LLC ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the Peptide Pilot mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
This EULA is intended to comply with Apple's Standard License Agreement and applicable App Store requirements.
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow use of the App on any device that you do not own or control, nor does it allow distribution of the App through any means not authorized by Apple.
You may not, and you agree not to enable others to:
Any attempt to do so is a violation of this EULA and may result in immediate termination.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and designs, is owned by PrepForCerts LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.
Peptide Pilot is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing of any kind. You must be at least 18 years old to use peptide-tracking features. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide, medication, supplement, diet, or exercise program. Peptide Pilot Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on the Apple App Store. Available subscription lengths and prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase, and currently include:
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. using your Apple ID account. The Company does not collect, store, or process payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time by navigating to: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Peptide Pilot.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one trial per Apple ID per subscription group.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USE OF THE APP WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR HEALTH, FITNESS, OR WEIGHT-MANAGEMENT RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PREPFORCERTS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
The App may contain links or access to third-party services or content. The Company does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the App and delete all copies in your possession or control.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict of law principles.
You acknowledge that Apple Inc. is not a party to this EULA and has no responsibility for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Any claims relating to the App must be directed solely to PrepForCerts LLC, not Apple.
