By creating an account or using Peptide Pilot you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use peptide-tracking features. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you log is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Peptide Pilot is a personal logging and tracking utility. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a medical device. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide, medication, diet, or exercise program. See the in-app Medical Disclaimer for more.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Peptide Pilot Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on the Apple App Store. Available subscription lengths and prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase, and currently include:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same length at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions on your device after purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time except where required by law.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one trial per Apple ID per subscription group.
Use of the subscription is also governed by Apple's standard end-user license agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Pilot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
