Tap the + button in the tab bar, choose Log dose, pick the peptide, confirm the amount and site, then save. The dose appears immediately in History and on the peptide's detail page.
Open the Peptides tab and tap Add peptide. Enter a name, optional nickname, default dose, and a schedule (every X days, specific weekdays, or as-needed). You can add a vial later from the peptide's detail page.
Open Settings → Reconstitution calculator. Enter the vial's strength (mg) and the diluent volume (ml). The calculator shows mg per ml and units on a U-100 syringe per dose. You can also save these values to a vial so dose logging auto-fills.
Settings → Units → tap lb or kg. All weight screens update immediately.
Settings → Account → Export my data. This downloads a single JSON file containing your weights, doses, meals, body measurements, peptides, and schedules.
Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. The deletion is processed by our team and removes your account and all associated data.
No. Peptide Pilot does not send push notifications. We rely on email reminders only — you can manage those from the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
